Sadly, without the will to actively guard against past ills, and actively correct them as they occur, we are doomed to repeat them.. and in those who really matter.. There is no will against these acts, only collusion in them.
I think they are trying to label pedophilia as a mental disorder, and trying to separate it from people who actually abuse children, torture, murder and sacrifice them.
