Yes, it literally is. Why are people supporting their delusions and mental illness?? If someone has other delusions, like that they are an angel, hitler, or a mermaid or vampire, we do NOT go along with their delusions and pretend they are those things! That is actually HARMFUL in the end. So is this!!

In the past, such people would have been committed to an asylum for the mentally ill and possibly kept there until they died.
