Check the websites of your archdioceses and if nothing else, please write a respectful note to your bishops - I know its a long shot that all of them will come together but this is a way we as laity can work to make this happen

The consecration needs to be in union with all the Catholic bishops of the world to be valid. It also has to be specifically consecration of Russia to Our Lady's immaculate heart. That's what was asked for at Fatima. Nothing else or general consecration will do.

As a Catholic, all I can say is you should know that's wrong - even if he is one of the Judas we occasionally have to put up with. That's also scandal, which is something you should repent of.
I'm not a fan of his either but if he does this, he will have accomplished what none of his past 5 predecessors could. And I attribute that to heaven more than him.
