Digitisation has brought about many benefits for society and the economy, but also challenges including an increase of child sexual abuse online. The protection of children online is one of the Union's priorities. On 24 July 2020, the Commission adopted an EU strategy for a more effective fight against child sexual abuse6 (“the Strategy”), which aims to provide an effective response, at Union level, to the crime of child sexual abuse. (5) Certain providers of number-independent interpersonal communications services, such as webmail and messaging services, are already using specific technologies to detect and report child sexual abuse online to law enforcement authorities and to organisations acting in the public interest against child sexual abuse, or to remove child sexual abuse material, on a voluntary basis. Those organisations refer to national hotlines for reporting child sexual abuse material, as well as to organisations whose purpose is to reduce child sexual exploitation, and prevent child victimisation, located both within the Union and in third countries. Collectively, those voluntary activities play a valuable role in enabling the identification and rescue of victims, and reducing the further dissemination of child sexual abuse material, while also contributing to the identification and investigation of offenders, and the prevention of child sexual abuse offences

(3) In Übereinstimmung mit Artikel 6 Absatz 1 des Vertrags über die Europäische Union
erkennt die Union die Rechte, Freiheiten und Grundsätze an, die in der Charta der Grundrechte
Rechte der Europäischen Union. Artikel 7 der Charta der Grundrechte der
Europäischen Union ("die Charta") schützt das Grundrecht jeder Person auf
Achtung des Privat- und Familienlebens, der Wohnung und der Kommunikation, was auch die

Gewalt, Missbrauch und Vernachlässigung, Misshandlung oder Ausbeutung, einschließlich des sexuellen Missbrauchs, wie
wie im Übereinkommen der Vereinten Nationen über die Rechte des Kindes von 1989 und in der
der Charta. Die Digitalisierung hat viele Vorteile für die Gesellschaft und die Wirtschaft mit sich gebracht,
aber auch Herausforderungen, darunter eine Zunahme des sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern im Internet. Der Schutz
von Kindern im Internet ist eine der Prioritäten der Union. Am 24. Juli 2020 hat die Kommission
eine EU-Strategie für eine wirksamere Bekämpfung des sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern6
("die
Strategie"), die darauf abzielt, auf Unionsebene eine wirksame Antwort auf das Verbrechen des
sexuellen Missbrauchs von Kindern.
(5) Bestimmte Anbieter von nummernunabhängigen interpersonellen Kommunikationsdiensten, wie
wie Webmail- und Messaging-Dienste, setzen bereits spezielle Technologien ein, um
sexuellen Missbrauch von Kindern online zu erkennen und den Strafverfolgungsbehörden und
Organisationen zu melden, die im öffentlichen Interesse gegen den sexuellen Missbrauch von Kindern vorgehen, oder um
sexuellem Kindesmissbrauch handeln, auf freiwilliger Basis zu melden. Diese Organisationen verweisen auf nationale
Hotlines zur Meldung von Material über sexuellen Kindesmissbrauch sowie an Organisationen, deren
deren Ziel es ist, die sexuelle Ausbeutung von Kindern einzudämmen und die Viktimisierung von Kindern zu verhindern, die
sowohl innerhalb der Union als auch in Drittländern. Zusammengenommen spielen diese freiwilligen Aktivitäten
spielen eine wertvolle Rolle bei der Identifizierung und Rettung von Opfern und bei der Reduzierung der weiteren Verbreitung von

Das ist ganz einfach: überall da wo die verlogene brutale Volksfeindliche Polizei ist und sei es nur als Stimme für eine Partei suchst du mich vergebens

Immer schön drauf kloppen auf die AfD...ganz ehrlich wird hier vielen Tausenden Mitgliedern und Unterstützern an der Badis unrecht getan. Die reißen sich seit Jahren unter widrigsten Umständen den Arsch auf, müssen sich nicht erst seit der „Krise“ anpöbeln, anspucken und denunzieren lassen...jetzt gehts mit körperlichen Attacken weiter und die stehen immer noch für dieses Land. Diese ständige Distanzeritis macht es auch nicht einfacher...die Streitereien in den oberen Rängen kotzt die meisten auch nur noch an, aber ich glaube das wird aufhören...draufschlagen und meckern wird nix ändern. Mitmachen und besser machen ist mal ein Vorschlag, sind genug da, die noch alle Tassen im Kasten haben.
