Hi Gabe. It is not a time of peace when Russian nationals living in Ukraine are systematically targeted and killed by the Ukrainian government, and whilst human trafficking, corruption and actual Nazism is expanding in the region.
It is not a time of peace when western "free" coountries are punishing their own citiizens who want medial autonomy (which in theory is already guanteed), and who force/coerce their population to comlply with an experimental drug the caualties of which cannot be fully calculated as adverse events are being actively censored and trial data is being hidden from the people - which effectively negates any chance of "informed" consent.
A cabal of evil actors have conspired agaist their own citizens in the most wretched and deceptive way. It's what I woud call a "passive war"; the caualties of which cannot be estimated as the destructive outcome is sure to last for decades to come.
Furthermore, U.S. foreign pollicies for at least a few generations has killed countless innocent citizens for grotesque causes, and seemingly has no intention of quelling their bloodlust and desire for power.
I a not condoning actions taken by eitherside here. Nor am I an apologist for Putin. I feel that we should see this conflict, however, through the lens of a balanced perspective.
If China or Russia backed a coup in Canada and pushed billions worth in weapons into the country and promoted anti American sentiment shutting down pro American media and politicians the US would invade immediately and the media would cheer. F them and their disgusting empire causing wars (including this one) and their constant promotion of anti White propaganda which will end horrible for us Europeans here in the western US puppet states since we will end up as hated minorities in our own nations.

I too have some direct experience as my parents used to live in both Russia and Ukraine and my father speaks Russian. I also have had several Russian and some Ukrainian friends and have heard their stories from both sides.
As I said I am not an apologist for Putin. I do not see him as a "nice guy" if you will. I am also not far right or far-left although I am a trans woman and so I can see things from many different angles here.
I respect your views and I think your voice is something we need to listen to in order to have a fuller picture. However my primary argument really has to do with your statement that we are living in peaceful times when in fact we are living in extremely aggressive times and many people are suffering though not from bombs and gunfire and displacement but through coercive measures and punishing tyrannical government overreach. I do not believe we have a leg to stand on to condemn another leader when our own leaders are committing evils against their citizens that I will never forgive and we shouldn't ever forgive them for it.
Though it is disaster in Ukraine, it is good for agressive Putin's Russia to experience Ukraine kicking their arce. The aggressor will learn respect and the aggressed will have confidence.
As the world leaders (including Biden) used to say during these 2 years of this "plandemic": "Stay home, and stay safe". So dear Americans, EU members, and anyone else, stay home & stay safe.
Nah, I'm with Putin on this one. Biden and his cronies have instigated this and, unfortunately, innocent Ukranians (and guilty Ukranian conspirators) will suffer the consequences. Us Americans want nothing to do with this bullshit propaganda "war". We have seen nothing but fake videos and fake photographs from this so-called war. It is just another distraction to manipulate and divide us. Don't buy into it, question everything you see.
This war is real and European people are dying and suffering. We can't play into the hands of politicians. I blame NATO and the west for this. The best one can do is not getting involved. Ukrainians shouldn't fight either so every thing will be over as soon as possible.

There’s been a war for 8 years, targeting civilians, an estimate 20 k or more dead .. nobody was talking about .. right at the Russian border ., in donbas and lugansk .. They started shooting about a week ago .. In fact is was the ukrain forces fighting their own people in the east.. I can imagine the russians saying this is enough, check telegram ‘ nieuws uit donbass’ a dutchman living with his family in that particular region
