These scum demons deserve massive karma for their crimes against humanity and destruction of western culture and economies purposefully, with plandemic covid. Also annual death rate in 2020 is the same as the annual average of 2015-19. In other words, covid is nothing, just same amount of dead as usual with covid as excuse for Great Reset. Those foreign countries all serve America's foreign policy interests - Egypt for example is a valuable ally in the Middle East, as Ukraine is a bulwark against Russia.
It's very good to see arts funding, though it should be focused more on creators (and favour aesthetic art over degenerate art).
The American 'people' should get nothing and instead should find themselves a job. The government is not a piggy bank.

This is also in the Stimulus Bill. Not for nothing is it 5593 pages long: to get decisions singed by the President he would never sing otherwise. This excrept shows also the Dems know what is coming at them

Sure, it's 'their money' but to be used for state business. Taxing the citizens and then giving that same money back to them is ridiculous.
Not to mention, it's not entirely the citizen's money, as most of it is just raw debt.

TLDR the other items serve domestic and foreign policy needs, the welfare is just a pointless handout.
