There are many wealthy perverts, who have used this to avoid prison time for their depravity when caught, and plead mental illness and spend time in 'special clinics' getting treatment. This is also an excuse by others to avoid such things as deportation etc.
We need to get far tougher on this issue.. As a priority! If we allow tye powers that be, to continue on this path of ignoring the problem.. and its scale.. we are forever lost, and deserving of the future they will force upon us all.
