The rich believe themselves above humanity, as do sociopaths.. That often results in ether not caring what happens to those they deem lesser, or worse choosing to use those below them. Do not confuse pedophilia the condition, with pedophilia the offense, where some have a clear mental illness that requires permanent registration, monitoring, and treatment.. up to, and including, being institutionally removed from society, there are far more who have no mental condition beyond the desire to inflict themselves upon the weakest, and most vulnerable, within society. While neither belong in our society, and both follow a path most heinous, only 1 of then is truly evil, while the other is truly sick. The biggest problem beyond the obvious, is proving which is which. It is almost impossible to distinguish a person with the condition pedophilia, from those who actively choose to prey upon minors. This is problematic, and compounds an already twisted issue, because a person with a legitimately diagnosed psychiatric condition has certain rights, and protections, that involve specific clinical help "not normally available in the Prison system". There are many wealthy perverts, who have used this to avoid prison time for their depravity when caught, and plead mental illness and spend time in 'special clinics' getting treatment. This is also an excuse by others to avoid such things as deportation etc. We need to get far tougher on this issue.. As a priority! If we allow tye powers that be, to continue on this path of ignoring the problem.. and its scale.. we are forever lost, and deserving of the future they will force upon us all.
