18-60 is the same range we use. 18 is when most Americans (that choose to) join the service, the officers are able to be called back until 65. It gives you an able workforce as well as a leadership with life experience.

You seem clueless what the word dictator means. Embarrassing. Authorities follow the laws long established about unregistered and violent protests. Putin was elected fairly in 2018, same as in 2012. THis is well known. The russian public, majority loves him and there is nobody better to lead the nation.
